-          New Installations (includes Department of Environmental (DEQ) permit, all materials and labor as   well as a two year parts and labor warranty*):

o   Aerobic systems

§  3 – 4 bedrooms $5,200**

§  5 bedrooms $5,700**

§  6 - 8 bedrooms $6,200**

o   Conventional septic systems- $9/lateral line ft**

-          Annual Aerobic Maintenance Plan ($300) includes:

§  Semi-annual system inspection of all tanks

§  Sprinkler head replacement- 2/yr- watch the lawnmower!

§  Chlorine Tablets for the year

§   Labor for any pump replacements or tank cleaning
 

-          Inspections/Repair:

§  House calls $75

§  System cleaning when pumping is required- $50

o  Solid pump out not included

§  Sprinkler head replacement $75

§  Pipe and sprinkler head replacement $150 (Up to 5' of pipe)

o    Effluent pump replacement $500

o    Aerobic pump replacement $500

*does not cover system misuse
